The rate is applied automatically to every bay you run. Nothing to ask for and nothing to negotiate. A four-bay facility pays four bays at $44.99, not three at $49.99 plus one.

Three things, and only one of them recurs per bay. We would rather you saw all of it before a call than after one.
Monthly
Per bay, per month. Includes GSA Automation, GSA Heartbeat and GSA Guardian, plus the dashboard and reporting.
Six bays is six times this. Add a bay and it goes up by one bay; close one and it goes down.
One time
Covers deployment, per-bay configuration, testing and onboarding for your team.
Where you land in that range depends on bay count, hardware, network and how much of the facility you want running unattended. Your exact figure is confirmed before you commit to anything.
Monthly, optional
Per facility, when taken with the automation platform. $99/month if you take it on its own.

Setup is a one-time fee and is also subject to HST. Where you land in the range depends on your facility, and you get the exact figure before you commit.
Optional add-on
For the things that are not faults. A ball that will not read because it is the wrong colour, a course they cannot find, a group set up on the wrong side. Nothing is broken, so automation cannot help. GSA Guardian Assist is a person who knows simulators.
This does not replace GSA Guardian — GSA Guardian is included in every plan and stays exactly as it is. GSA Guardian Assist covers the human side of playing a simulator, which is a different problem entirely.

The one rule worth remembering: included calls reset each month, purchased calls carry over. A quiet month does not bank you credit, but calls you have paid for are never lost.

Pricing questions
No. It is charged per bay. A two-bay studio and a ten-bay venue do not pay the same thing — the ten-bay venue pays five times as much, because it is running five times as many bays. There is no flat facility fee and no tier.
One simulator position that GSA automates and monitors — its machine, its simulator software and its launch monitor. If you add a bay, that bay is added to your monthly total. If you take one out of service, it comes off.
It runs from $699 – $1,299 and depends on the job. A two-bay room with clean network and standard hardware sits at the lower end; an eight-bay facility with mixed launch monitors and a projector per bay sits at the upper end. We quote your exact figure after looking at the facility, and confirm it before you commit to anything.
No. GSA Guardian is included in the per-bay price, along with GSA Automation and GSA Heartbeat. It is a core part of the platform, not an add-on — an unattended facility does not really work without it. The separately priced product is GSA Guardian Assist, which is the optional human line above it.
No, and the difference matters. GSA Guardian is automated and included in the $49.99 per-bay price — it troubleshoots with the player in the bay when something goes wrong, and resolves the common problems on its own.
GSA Guardian Assist is a person, and it is optional. It covers the things that are not faults — the wrong-coloured ball that will not track, the course they cannot find, the group set up on the wrong side, the yardage setting that lives somewhere different on every system. Nothing is broken, which is exactly why automation cannot help.
It costs $79.99 per month plus $20 per bay per month, before HST. Adding or dropping it changes nothing else about your platform.
It is $79/month alongside the automation platform and $99/month on its own. When both run together, bookings can see the real state of the bays and the bay can open itself against a booking code, so the combined product is doing more with less work on our side and yours.

Yes. Per-bay pricing scales naturally across sites, and the platform supports multi-location visibility and brand-level reporting. Setup is quoted per facility. Talk to us about a rollout across several locations and we will work through it with you.
