Golf Simulator Automation (“GSA”, “we”, “us”) provides software and a marketplace booking platform to indoor simulator venues and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

We collect account details (name, email, business name), payment metadata processed by our payment provider Stripe, booking and transaction records, device identifiers tied to your bay PCs, and basic diagnostic telemetry from the GSA orchestrator (uptime, crash counts, version).

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide and improve the service, fulfil bookings, process payments, send transactional email, deliver support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and notify operators of outages or critical updates.

3. Sharing

We share information only with the sub-processors required to deliver the service (Stripe for payments, our hosting provider for infrastructure, our email provider for transactional mail). We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account and up to 24 months after closure for tax and audit reasons. Diagnostic telemetry is retained for 90 days.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@golfsimulatorautomation.com. We respond within 30 days.
